Variations
As with all IHI products, elevator parking has many variations which IHI is traditionally renown for. All models are designed for noise and shake reduction performance. Match the amenity space with the exterior materials of your choice to complement any location requirements.
Model
The built-in turntable provides vehicle direction changes. Vehicles are always able to proceed forward whether loading or unloading.
The turntable is available in 90- and 180-degree rotation types. The 90-degree rotation type provides a simpler, cleaner looking entrance.
Two elevators are placed in tandem. Drivers proceed directly into the back of the structure, eliminating the necessity for machine operations resulting in shorter loading and unloading times. This unique structure allows various creative ways of accommodating different parking needs: The rear of the structure can be rented out for monthly parking, while the front of the structure is suited for hourly parking.

This structure accommodates both standard and high-roof vehicles, allowing more flexible parking operations.
All parking spaces can be arranged to accommodate high-roof vehicles, best for apartment buildings where the number of semi- and high-roof vehicles is highly concentrated.

Two parking structures are aligned in tandem for narrow, long sites. The parking capacity is doubled without increasing the number of entrances. The front loading platform accommodates vehicles exiting from the rear of the structure, allowing smooth unloading.
